Ultrasonic Cleaning Components for Machinery and Plant engineering
Ultrasonic Generators
Martin Walter’s generators are developed and manufactured in Germany. They are equipped with the newest SMD technology, microprocessor control, and robust electrical components, specially designed for the daily use in industrial environments. Due to the low space requirement (19"), it is easily possible to integrate them into existing systems, such as various types of housings and tanks.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

PUSHPULL® transducer
Rod-shaped high-performance transducer systems with two ultrasonic heads for a homogeneous sound field, independent of the resonator length.
Available as 25 kHz, 30 kHz and 40 kHz units in the material optimally adjusted to your application.
Universal and flexible in use:
-
Ultrasonic cleaning
-
Applications in environmental engineering (e.g. sewage sludge treatment)
-
Sonochemistry (support of chemical processes)
-
Emulsifying and dispersing
-
Faster processing
Benefits
-
High durability through solid resonator rod
-
Significantly high efficiency ( >97%)
-
Installation possible in pressure and vacuum vessels
-
Dry-run safe
Immersible transducer
Made of high-quality alloyed V4A stainless steel, optionally available in special materials. Optimal sonication of the tank through the specific arrangement of the transducer elements.
-
Frequency range from 25 kHz to 1 MHz possible
-
Customizable mounting options
Plate type transducer
The space-saving version of submersible transducers. For maximum space utilization, designed for installation in an opening in the container.
Made of high-quality alloyed V4A stainless steel, available in the frequencies 25 kHz, 40 kHz and up to 192 kHz. Optionally also available in special materials.

SINGLEPUSH transducer
The SinglePush transducer follows the attributes of his big brother, the PushPull®. The SinglePush system offers only one active transducer and is made for special applications or special tank designs. The systems work with one highly efficient resonator head and offer impressive power output. The direction of the sonic radiation is the only difference between the SinglePush and the PushPull system.
